Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in the environmental consulting field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the environmental science field preferred
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel Power Point and CAD a plus
  • Asbestos Investigator & Project Designer Licenses required.
  • NYC-SCA prior experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Conduct, manage and execute all Asbestos Abatement Survey & Designs for the Company
  • Conduct & Oversee asbestos inspections, surveys, preparation of asbestos abatement design and oversee project monitors’ performing third-party air monitoring.
  • Hazardous building surveys for the identification of mold, lead-based paint, and equipment containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and mercury.
  • Extensive report writing, including preparation of detailed logs and data summary tables.
