Athenica Environmental Services is contracted under the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) to provide lead-based paint (LBP) services in various capacities. These services include LBP XRF inspections, lead risk assessments, and confirmatory paint chip analysis in public housing across the five boroughs. In a testament to Athenica’s professional experience, the company’s EPA-certified lead risk assessors and project managers are also trusted with the oversight of other consulting companies’ inspection data and performance. Our team manages the quality control of vendor data, consolidates the information into timely reports, and proactively communicates with NYCHA regarding daily results and scheduling.
