Athenica develops and implements environmental investigation and remediation programs at numerous sites, each with a specific scope of work that may be driven by regulatory requirements or non-regulatory issues, such as due diligence in support of a loan or the potential sale or purchase or a parcel.

The scope of each environmental investigation is prepared to provide adequate data to allow assessment of all applicable media and areas of concern, in a cost-effective manner. If warranted by site conditions (whether the investigation was conducted by Athenica or not), Athenica designs site-specific environmental remediation programs to address contaminated soil, groundwater, and/or soil vapor, with the ultimate goal of protecting the health of site occupants and visitors, as well as cleaning up the environment.
